Proprioceptive re-training of the cervical spine is one of our treatment options for patients presenting with neck pain and altered proprioception. Re-training requires adequate analytical conditions (range of motion, force and endurance, notably) in order to put into place exercises which are aimed at stabilizing the region as well as training eye-head coordination. There are very interesting strategies described in the scientific literature.
