Rehabilitation of the hand after surgery for Dupuytren's disease should not be skipped. Often described as difficult to perform, this rééducation is currently well defined and codified in Grenoble. By this way, it's easier to achieve it and to obtain good outcomes. The narrow relations and exchanges between surgeons and hand therapists have allowed to improve our protocol and tools to use according to the employed surgical technique. The protocol presented here looks over splints and means implemented during the various steps of rehabilitation.
