L'évolution de la profession, ces quatre dernières années, est marquée par l'entrée très rapide, parfois peu maîtrisée, du concept Evidence-Based Practice" (EBP). Dans ce contexte, la kinésithérapie respiratoire pédiatrique, telle qu'elle est pratiquée en France, est confrontée aux recommandations internationales. Elles s'appuient sur ce label dont le champ est restreint à celui de la science médicale hospitalière.
Pour nous, EBP associe, sans dogmatisme, science, expérience clinique du praticien et projet du patient.

The evolution of the profession over the past four years has been marked by the very rapid, sometimes under-managed, entry into the "Evidence-Based Practice" (EBP) concept. In this context, pediatric chest physiotherapy, as practiced in France, is confronted with international recommendations. They rely on this label whose field is restricted to that of hospital medical science.
For us, EBP associates, without dogmatism, science, practitioner clinical experience and patient project.
